This is a wine that we’ve reviewed previously in the 2008 vintage, but we were disappointed with the 2009 compared to the previous year. |
| $16 from Fry’s |

- Aromas of over ripe raspberry and a slight hint of black pepper
- Very tannic out of the bottle
- Long finish with flavors of dark cherry
- A bit plain at first and the finish is where all the flavor is at
- Hints of rosemary
- Kind of like going to a Black Angus or a Red Lobster…a recognizable name that you are satisfied with but not overwhelmed. Buy it if it is on sale obut do not go out of your way to pick it up at full price.

- Smells like flowers.
- Sweet off the start but ends up being very well balanced.
- Great for lighter dishes, wouldn’t hold up well to steak or pasta.
- Smooth and flavorful, not overpowering.
- Light, happy, and enjoyable all on its own…like taking a nap on a hammock in your backyard it is easy to do and so refreshing.

A blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara from Italy. It is an unfiltered wine, which means that you need to decant in order to keep the sediment out of the glass. |
| $16 Purchased at The Wine Rack |
 |
- Green apple.
- Wood smoke.
- Soft, velvety, full bodied wine.
- Very good.
- Peppermint.
- If you can find this baby you should really consider picking her up…she is haunting and majestic like an Italian Princess but priced for the mere pauper.
