	A blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara from Italy. It is an unfiltered wine, which means that you need to decant in order to keep the sediment out of the glass.

Green apple. Wood smoke. Soft, velvety, full bodied wine. Very good. Peppermint. *If you can find this baby you should really consider picking her up…she is haunting and majestic like an Italian Princess but priced for the mere pauper.*
