- Smells like flowers.
- Sweet off the start but ends up being very well balanced.
- Great for lighter dishes, wouldn’t hold up well to steak or pasta.
- Smooth and flavorful, not overpowering.
- Light, happy, and enjoyable all on its own…like taking a nap on a hammock in your backyard it is easy to do and so refreshing.

I had this wine in adare co. limerick and it was fab it worked well with a medium steak and pepper sauce.I would say it would be in my top 4 wines

I agree on everything that was said on this wine before (see comments on this page), but I would add that It does hold up to an excellent piece of meat, white or red, because It is souple enough to be married with chicken, veal, steak or pasta, even with meat sauce. As long as your dish is not too spicy, you will be able to uncover every flavor/texture of this magnificent wine. 4 tumbs up!
